I use live edge basswood.
I coat each burn with a clear wood sealer and then top it off with a UV spray.

To keep you wood burning in top-top shape:
 1. Don't leave in direct sunlight, sun  loves to fade the burns!
2. If your burn will be for outdoors let me know! I’ll put a water protection coat on it.
3. Wood likes to shrink and expand when the temperature changes. If you live somewhere that has  bipolar climates I would suggest leaving your burn inside or  bringing it in when the temperature gets cold.

-You can start your free quote by going to my custom burn page and clicking  on ask about a quote or by contacting me through email. 

-After we determine what you want for your burn, I will provide you with my terms and conditions, the sizes of wood and their prices. 

-In order to proceed with your order, you will have to sign the terms and conditions and choose one of the many payment methods I offer. To secure your burn spot, orders that are more then 500$ with a payment plan has to pay a 100$ non-refundable deposit. Orders 500$ or less has to pay in full. No refunds after payment is made. Burn will not be started until full payment is made or half of your payment plan is paid. 

-I take orders on a first-come, first-served basis. The return time for your burn will be based on when you order and if it has been fully paid. I will let you know the time frame your burn will be started. 

-When I am able to start your burn, I will notify you, and if you have a payment plan, I will send reminders of when payments are due. If you do not make a payment you will lose your burn place and your non-refundable deposit.

-Sometimes things come up that are out of our control. If you are unable to make a burn payment but would like to keep your burn place, please contact me right away to see if you can make a one-time payment arrangement. This payment arrangement will keep your burn place. If the arrangement is broken you will lose your burn place. 

Custom burn prices start at 50$, I no longer take orders under 50$.

Custom burn 

After ordering turn around time depends on the amount of orders I have and if payment was paid. If there is no one in front of your order average wait time is 3 days creating and domestic 3-5 business shipping. If there is a line ahead of you it can take a couple of months to get to you, I will let you know this before you order.
If you have a long wait time I will give you a time frame when I will be able to start it. when I get close to your burn I will contact you and let you know when I will be starting your burn.

Custom burns
If your burn costs $100 or less, you must pay upfront. If your burn costs $101 or more, you may opt for a payment plan with a 50$ non-refundable deposit. The return time depends on how many orders are ahead of yours.  

Each burn is wrap with a twine bow, a thank you note, and package in a white box.

If you will be mailing this burn as a gift to someone I offer personalized notes.

Christmas time-  I offer gift wrap, wood name tag, and a personalized note for $15

Each custom burn take several hours to create. I am not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a purchase for any reason.  

Absolutely no refunds on custom burns.
Items thought to be damaged must contact me right away, and we can talk about how to fix the problem.

How to return
Please carefully package the item you are returning to the original box. I will provide the shipping label, it must be shipped in 48 hours after receiving label, if not shipped in time you are responsible for shipping label.
